Recipe adapted from Home Made Winter by Yvette van Boven.

The recipe from Home Made Winter is enough for more than a litre. I adjusted the recipe a bit so it’s enough for two cups. And I added some chocolate.

Heat 160 ml of milk in a saucepan, pour over 50 g of white chocolate and let it rest for a moment.

Whip up some cream with a little bit of vanilla sugar. It’s easier to whip up some more cream then you’ll need. Eventually you’ll need, depending on how you like it, 2-4 tbsp whipped cream.

Make a cup of coffee (or replace it with espresso) and divide into the two cups.

Mix the milk and white chocolate carefully and also divide this mixture into the cups.

As a last step, put a good amount of whipped cream on your coffee.
