One day in Da Lat was enough to eat a lot of amazing street food (the earlier the better) and try out new Vietnamese desserts, drink morning coffee with local men, stay at a hostel run by the craziest and most welcoming family and where they make family meals and encourage spooning your neighbor by putting the beds very close to each other.

Wow, all that food looks amazing. I don’t know how I’d feel about that sleeping situation though! Are you traveling solo? Vietnam is definitely on my list of places to go.

Thank you Anne! The sleeping situation was actually fine, my neighbor turned out to be a nice Belgian guy who didn’t need any cuddling. I’m already back in Beijing, just posting my pics from here. But yes, I travelled solo, loved it!

By the way, just took a look a look at your blog and I’m smitten!
